These have held up through a summer of hiking and camping. The bed of the shoe does not get stinky like most shoes and they scrub up nicely. The tops have yet to hold a stain. For anyone with wide feet that are true to size (half sizes don't cut it), these are for you!"

"Woolrich Yosemite - The uppers are not leather. I believe they are of a material called boiled wool. I am a true size 11 EEE. The lenght is perfect but even with my wide feet the width is quite roomy so folks with narrower feet might not like the fit. These slippers are the lightest I have ever worn and really quite comforatable."

My foot tends to fluctuate between a medium and a slightly wide width and these shoes were able to keep up with my morphing feet effortlessly! "These shoes come with two settings for tightness across the front band. Unfortunately, you need a pair of pliers (or something--I haven't found it yet) to get the pin back through the buckle hole. It's such a pain, never got it fixed, so they're sitting in my closet until I have the patience to try again. The sole is wood and is a little hard to get used to if you wear any flexible shoe."
