"Penny Loafers - These are the shoes I have been looking for in my area for approximately 2 yrs. I ordered a size 7 med. and they were a little big so I returned them for a size 6 1/2 med. They fit perfect, the 6 1/2. Sebago was very curtious when I called & ask for an exchange to a smaller size. They were very helpful with the exchange. I had my pair of 6 1/2 within a couple of days. "Sebago Classic - I wear a 12.5 and that size is almost impossible to find and Sebago doesn't carry it either. I originally ordered this shoe in a 13 but it was too big. My refund was prompt and I reordered it in a 12. I had the shoe stretched and it seems to fit OK. Zappos handled my order very well. The shoe looks good and if it holds up, I will buy it again."
