Rocket Dog Jumbo Surf

"Great shoe, wish they were more durable - These are great shoes and definitely help if you're feeling short. The sole is very lightweight and the footing is very stable. You can definitely run in these shoes. I recommend wearing with socks to minimize rubbing along the top of the foot. These look very sharp with socks in a contrasting color. (I have the black and the brown colors. I think the red strapped ones would look stupid with socks - oh wait, maybe with red socks or stockings). Walking on uneven ground such as a lawn pitted with hidden potholes can cause the shoe to twist sideways and you to fall over swearing if you don't watch where you put your feet. The only real drawback is that after a couple months of constant use and exposure to water the interior of the shoe, where the straps are anchored, can unglue, and the strap can pull out. A sandal with a strap that's not attached to the sole is not very useful. However, I have successfully repaired mine by using gorilla glue, poking the strap back into place with a pointed object and clamping the shoe under a cinderblock for a few hours until the glue set. Voila, good as new."

"Comfy but teetering - This shoe is so comfy when you first buy them, but after a while the fuzziness gets a little smushed, like a worn shag rug. The only thing I didn't like was that I felt I was teetering like the heel wasn't wide enough but it looks wide enough. Maybe it was just the pair I bought. The soles are not too rugged--I love to wear clogs in the snow, but I would slip and fall in these shoes after walking a foot! A Fair Weather shoe for sure!"

Both pairs have the mesh lining in the shoe and they are very comfortable in hot weather! I wear this style everyday, especially after work!! Very comfortable!"
