Can't go up another size as I am afraid the width would then be too big. The thong between the toe was a bit too thick and stiff for me...especially walking any long distance. Too bad because this is an elegant and well made shoe with some lovely handpainted Asian designs. I also really loved the tread on the sole for better traction and support from the wood bottom. If you need a stylish out-to-dinner or casual party shoe this one would work for you. "
