"Clark's Saffron - As always, bravo Zappos and bravo Clark's. Even without hose I've worn these in comfort. Like the rest of the embarrassing number of Clark's (and Clark's Indigo) I own, these have ample support for my high arch and a footbed that seems made for my foot. Moreover, the fine craftmanshipI've learned to expect in a Clark's England shoe exists in this one. Looks especially good with skirts and dresses, though I've worn them also with pants, both full-length and ankle-length, receiving compliments and questions (where did you find THOSE?!). "

I ordered a 7 and they are too big, but I know a 6 would likely be too small. The first time I wore them, they rubbed a little in the toes, but once broken in they are great."

"Looks A+, Feels D+A great looking shoe. Great fitting, also. However,after standing on my feet for 7 hours in them, they are only marginally more comfortable than all my regular "non-comfort" shoes. My feet are pretty achy after a day in them. Compared to other "comfort shoes", they are in a distant last place. Too bad, because they are even cuter in person than in the picture."

"These shoes are lovely. For me, someone with bit of a wide foot, they are pretty comfortable. Most closed toe, high heel shoes compress my toes. Even with a round toe. But with these, I have room to wiggle my toes. They would be more comfortable if they came in a wider size. The Leather is quite stiff and I predict that it will take some time to break the shoes in. But, if your like me (crazy), sometimes comfort comes secondary to looks."

"Comfy so far! I was looking for a clog to wear in the fall with skirts and jeans. I liked the look of these--simple and classic. I am waiting to wear them until the weather gets colder, but when I tried them on they seem comfortable. The inner padding is very cushy. The outer sole looks like wood but is actually rubber. There are cushioning pads on the bottoms of the shoes, so that when you walk you don't sound like a horse clomping down the hall. This is my first pair of Clarks and I can see why they are so popular--they seem to be very well made, comfortable shoes. I didn't give a perfect score because I haven't worn them out yet and there is always that potential that they will hurt my feet (as with all shoes!). "
