"Classic shoe - I just received my Bostonian Ritz shoes from Zappos and I have been wearing them at work, hoping to break them in so I can wear them to my sister’s wedding. After a half hour they feel pretty good, perhaps a little tight on the top but not too bad. The shoes have a fairly classic appearance and I can imagine Jimmy Stewart wearing them in a Hitchcock movie. I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Zappos. I actually found the shoes at a different website for about $25 less, but I ordered them from Zappos after worrying that I might have trouble exchanging them if they wouldn’t fit properly. I decided to give Zappos price protection guarantee a try and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email (the next day) telling me that the difference in price (tax, shipping, etc) would be credited to my bank account.
